Jianglu Electromechanical Science & Technology Co., Ltd.（the company）is established through the
transformation of Jianglu Machinery Factory and Hunan
Jianglu Machinery Group Co., Ltd. The company is a
state-owned first-class key enterprise that belongs to
China North Industries Group Corporation. The company is
also an important enterprise for national military
support, a first class secrecy enterprise, and a first
class national metrology enterprise, one of the top 100
enterprises in China's machinery manufacture industry,
one of the first key enterprises in Xiangtan
Electromechanical Integration Industrial Base of
National Torch Project, a Hi-tech enterprise of Hunan
Province, one of the first innovative experimental
enterprises in Hunan Province, an information-based
exemplification enterprise in Hunan Manufacture
Industry, one of the first key enterprises in Hunan
Vehicle & Equipment Manufacture Industrial Base, a core
enterprise in Hunan construction machinery industry
group, and a Civilization Enterprise of Hunan Province.
In September 2007, the technical center of the company
got the authorization and became "National Class
Enterprise Technical Center".
The company was founded in 1958, and its
predecessor is Hanyang Arms Plant founded in the 19th century. In 1997, the company got the
certification of ISO9001 quality management
system. In 2003, the company got the
certification of new quality management
system and was granted “National Prize for
Quality Management”. With a registered
capital of 168 million Yuan and gross asset
of more than 2,000 million Yuan, the
company has a production area of more than
1.2 million m2 and more than 7,000 employees,
among which there are more than 700
technicians. The company also has over 2,800 sets of various kinds of equipment, which
include more than 600 sets of high precision
equipment, such as numerical controlled
lathes, flexible manufacturing system, large
horizontal machining center, vertical
machining center, mobile crossbeam gantry
frame boring-milling machining center,
welding robots, ultra high pressure
water-jet cutting machine, hydraulic machine
for hot-embossing 2000-ton metal plate, hot
surface treatment equipment,
three-coordinate measuring machine, gear
measurement center, ultrasonic phased arrays
system. Thus the company has a competitive
comprehensive manufacture capability in
precision machining, large scale machining,
welding and cutting, sheet metal stamping,
precision casting of nonferrous metals, hot
surface treatment, assembly and measurement
accreditation.
The military product of the company has three
main categories: special vehicle,
comprehensive drive system, and matched
electrical device, and as an independent array the main products participated in the large-scale military parade of the 50th anniversary of foundation of PRC. The civil
product mainly has four categories:
construction machinery, transmission
machinery, environmental-protection
machinery, and metallurgical machinery, the
main products include 15 series, such as
tower crane, construction elevator, concrete
pump, vibratory roller, compact hydraulic
excavator, gantry crane, skid steer loader,
forest fire-prevention vehicle, automobile
automatic continuously variable
transmission(CVT), MW-level wind turbine
variable pitch and yaw system, hydraulic
components, refuse compactor, desert vegetation building machine, full automatic powder
press machine, and nonstandard metallurgy
equipment. The main products of the company
have won more than 20 national-level and
provincial-level prizes for scientific and
technological achievements since the "Tenth
Five Year Plan".
The company has different branches and
subsidiaries, such as ten departments, one
laboratory and one technical center; 7
branches for military product production and
management, one wholly-owned subsidiary
(Hunan Jianglu Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.)
for civil products, two holding companies
for civil products (Hunan Jianglu Rongda
Vehichle Transmission Co., Ltd. and Xiangtan
Jianglu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.).
Since the “Tenth Five Year Plan”, the
company has achieved an income of over 7
billion Yuan in main business. While in
2007, the income from main business has
surpassed 2 billion Yuan, and the export
exchange made by civil products has
surpassed US$ 20 million. |
